How Holter Monitoring Services Works. You have decided that your patient requires a Holter Monitor. What Next? · Fill out a request form that is available to download here or a copy can be faxed to you from Broadleys Veterinary Hospital. · Ensure that the request form is completed and legible. It is essential to give three possible dates that your client is available to watch their pet. We will do our best to get the Holter to you on the first date. · It is essential that your clients complete their card details on the form. The credit card will not be charged unless the equipment sustains avoidable damage, for example damage caused by allowing the pet to swim. It is important that owners are aware that the equipment is expensive and they are responsible for any damage whilst the monitor is on their pet. · Fax the completed form to the fax number which converts it to an email, which is forwarded to Fiona who will contact you with the date that the Holter will be arriving. · The Holter will arrive by special delivery (guaranteed next day delivery) in a box with everything needed to attach it. Please open carefully as we like the Holter returned in the same box so we can recycle it. · The Holter must be returned by Special delivery as it is then insured during postage for damage. There will be a completed special delivery note and return label in the box. · Ruth will analyse the reading and send you a report as quickly as she can. This can be posted, faxed or emailed. A full analysis is available on request which is sent on a CD, there is an extra charge for this service. · A pricelist is available, please email us if you require a copy. We are always keen to hear your questions and comments so please contact us if there is anything we can improve. |
